1. As far as I am aware there is no documentation that John b.1725, and I am
assuming this is John of Surry, NC, was a son of anyone. He may well be the
son of Richard & Sarah Woodlief and probably is but I know of no
documentation.
2. The only documentation I am aware of that James was a son of Richard II
b. is the Aycock letter. As far as I am aware, there is no documentation as
to who the children of James were.
