Thank you Gordon for the information. That is on William H. Pace from that
time frame which I will not question further,
However. In putting the informtion in my file I found on the net a letter
written to Roy by a Mary McLenigan in
Rockville, Md who says.
It is my belief that the parents of George Davis Pace were William Pace and
Crissy Sanders m. October 29, 1773
and that William Pace's father was a Benjamin Pace( Middlesex marriage
register). She also says I am assuming
at this point that Benjamin is the grandson of John Pace of Middlesex.
Date of her letter is 2/18/1998
So my question is was George Davis Pace a brother of William Kemp Pace, and
is the rest of her letter correct?
As you know my grgrandfather was David C. Robinson b. 1789 and his dau.
Rebecca A. Robinson b. 1853
in Fluvanna married John Walker Pace 1843, son of John R.Pace1809,
descendent of John Pace of Middlesex.
So I guess all these folks are related.
