Lawrence County, Kentucky Will Book 7, page 113-114: "LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT.

I, Cora Pack, being of full age, sound mind and memory, do make, publish,
and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all
wills heretofore made.

ITEM I. I do hereby direct that after the time of my decease all of my
just debts, funeral and grave monument expense be paid as soon as
practicable out of my estate.

ITEM II. That all of my property, real and personal of every kind and
description, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of
my decease be given, bequeathed and devised in the following manner, to
wit: Lucille McManis and Thelma Logan are to receive a one-third (1/3)
interest each in the entire estate and the remaining one-third (1/3) is to
go to my four grandchildren, Michael Miros, Patrick McManis, Terry Logan
and Linda L. Dictiker.

ITEM III. I nominate and appoint my daughter, Thelma Logan, the executrix
of this last will and testament and request that no bond be required as
such; I further request that no inventory of my estate be made or taken in
so far as the same may be lawfully omitted.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand this 3rd day of February, 1972.

I, Gallie Isaac, Clert of the Lawrence County Court do hereby certify that
the foregoing Will of Cora Pack, Dec. was on the 22nd day of April 1972,
lodged in my office for record after having been first duly probated in the
Lawrence County Court it was ordered to be recorded as such which is done
accordingly.
