Lawrence County, Kentucky, Will Book 7, page 625: “LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.

I, Elbert Pack, being of full age, sound mind and memory, do make, publish
and declare to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills
heretofore made.

ITEM I. I do hereby direct that after the time of my decease all my just
debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as practicable out of my estate.

ITEM II. That all of my property, real and personal of every kind and
description, which I have not deeded away at the time of my decease, be
given, bequeathed and devised to my wife, Laura Bell Pack, absolutely and in
fee simple.

ITEM III. I nominate my wife, Laura Bell Pack, executrix of this, my last
will and testament, and request that no bond be required as such. I further
request that no inventory of my estate be made or taken in so far as the
same may be lawfully omitted.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand this 10 day of January, 1966.

I, Gallie Isaac, Clerk of the Lawrence County Court do hereby certify that
the foregoing Will of Elbert Pack, Dec. was on the 5th day of September
1975, lodged in my office for record and after having been duly probated in
the Lawrence County Court it was ordered to be recorded as such which is
done accordingly.

Witness my hand this 5th day of September, 1975.
