LAWRENCE COUNTY, KENTUCKY WILL BOOK 14, p. 124 – “LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, Margie (on deed as Marge) Pack, of Rt. 5, Louisa, Kentucky, do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, revoking all other
wills and codicils thereto heretofore made by me.

ITEM I: I direct myexecutor hereinafter named to pay my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as practicable after my death.

ITEM II: I hereby bequeath to my husband, Dewey Pack, a life estate in all
my real property.

ITEM III: All the rest and residue of whatever kind or type or wheresoever
situate of my estate, I devise and bequeath equally to my two sons, James
Dewey Pack and Joseph Pack. This is not intended to include any right to
the joint savings account with my husband, Dewey Pack, which is a joint
account with survivorship and therefore I have no right to dispose of any
interest therein at my death.

ITEM IV: I hereby make, nominate and appoint my husband, Dewey Pack, as my
executor and request that no bond be required of him or no inventory
required in so far as the same can be waived in accordance with law.
