LAWRENCE COUNTY, KENTUCKY Will Book 11, pp. 777-782: “LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT

I, Haskel Pack, of the [city] of Lockport in the County of Niagara and State
of New York being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare
this my last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say:

FIRST, I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, and the expense of
the administration of my estate be paid.

SECOND, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, both real and
personal, of every name and nature, and wheresoever situate, to my wife,
Carolyn V. Pack, to be hers absolutely and forever.

THIRD. In the even that my said wife, Carolyn V. Pack, should predecease
me, or we should both die by reason of a common disaster, or otherwise, then
I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to Walter Martin, who resides
in Mount Sterling, Ohio, in trust, however, for the support, maintenance,
and education of my children, Larry K. Pack, Timothy W. Pack, and Jennifer
L. Pack. The said trust shall continue during the minority of said
children, and upon the youngest of said children becoming twenty-one years
of age, or if she should sooner marry, the trust shall be terminated, and
the balance of said trust and accumulations thereof, shall be distributed
among my children, Karen Treichler, Larry K. Pack, Timothy W. Pack, and
Jennifer L. Pack, or to my children then surviving, share and share alike.

LASTLY. I hereby appoint my wife, Carolyn V. Pack, as Executrix of this my
last WILL AND TESTAMENT. If she should predecease me, then I nominate and
appoint Walter Martin, residing at Mount Sterling, Ohio, as executor and
trustee of this, my last Will and Testament, with full power and authority
to sell and convey, lease or mortgage real estate; hereby revoking all
former wills by me made. No bond shall be required of said executrix or
executor and trustee.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name the 10th day of July
in the year Nineteen Hundred and Seventy.

We, whose names are hereto subscribed, Do Certify that on the 10th day of
July 1970 Haskel Pack the testator above named, subscribed his name to this
instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and at the
same time, in our presence and hearing, declared the same to be his last
Will and Testament, and requested us, and each of us, to sign our names
thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof, which we hereby do in the
presence of the testator and of each other, on the day of the date of the
said Will, and write opposite our names our respective places of residence.
