Part 1 -

LAWRENCE COUNTY, KENTUCKY Will Book 14, p. 219: “THE WILL OF NORMAN J.
PACK.

I, Norman J. Pack, a resident of, and domiciled in, the city of Columbus,
county of Franklin, and state of Ohio, do make, publish, and declare this my
will, revoking all former wills by me at any time made:

I – I give, devise, and bequeath to my wife, Myrna L. Pack should she
survive me, all of my property, real and personal.

II – If my wife should not survive me, I give, devise, and bequeath all of
my property, real and personal, to my son Timothy Wray Pack, per stirpes.

III – I nominate and appoint as Executrix of this will my wife, Myrna L.
Pack; or, if she shall fail to qualify or cease to act, I nominate and
appoint as Executor hereof my son, Timothy Wray Pack; or, if he, too, fail
to qualify or cease to act, I nominate and appoint as my Executor my
brother, Elbert Pack, Jr., Baltimore, Ohio. In the event that ancillary
estate procedures are administered at Louisa, I nominate and appoint as
Ancillary Executor my brother-in-law, James B. Ball. I direct that no bond
be required of my wife, son, brother or brother-in-law named above.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I set my hand this 18 day of January 1977.
