It's great to see new names posting to the PIATT-L list. Sharing information
should certainly solve some of these persistant problems so prevalent in Piatt research.

The Piatt Family Photogravure is published quarterly by Joan Piatt Lauer of
Fort Wayne IN. Her husband Ken and daughter Beth Lauer provide assistance.
Perhaps Beth Lauer will post subscription information to this list. The
Photogravure grew out of a desire to continue and supplement the work done by
the late Eleanore "Lynn" Marshall White who published the Piatt Family
Newsletter for 12 years. The Photogravure is an effort to publish photographs
of, along with genealogical information about, Piatts and their descendants.

I'd like to take this opportunity mention the 2000 Piatt Researchers'
Conference again. The conference will be held at Davis and Elkins College in
Elkins WV Jun 18-24, 2000. Rooms are $19.22 per person per night. E-mail me
if you need further information or want to reserve a spot. No deposit is
required this year.

Keep those Piatt posts coming.
