Dick,

I am a descendant of James Piatt of Monroe County Ohio. Two of my maternal
grandmothers Hannah and Sarah were Piatts. Now comes the rub. After my
father passed away, my mother remarried to Howard Piatt who was Rome's
brother. Unfortunately I haven't made the connection between the families
yet.

You really have to be careful in Monroe County and try to marry from outside
of the county. As soon as I bridge the gap, I'll send you the info.
