The records of Reynolds Co and Crawford Co MO should be checked for the
accurate date and place.

m 2/ 21 Feb 1869, Texas Co MO to Mary A Honeycutt

Daughter Sarah Elizabeth was by his first wife.

James G and Mary A (Honeycutt) Pyatt were in Dent Co MO in the 1880 census.
He was aged 50 which does not jibe with his birth in 1824. Twenty years
earlier James G and Rachel (Miller) Pyatt were in Crawford Co MO. He was aged
33 which also does not match the 1824 birth date. Previously, in 1850, J and
R Pyatt were in Crawford Co MO. The family is not found in the 1870 census,
but that does not necessarily mean that they were not in Missouri at that
time. Bad handwriting might be the fault and the census should be rechecked.

Of the 7 children of James G and his first wife Rachel, the first four are
given as being born in Crawford Co MO, Child 5 in Texas Co MO; child 6 in MO;
child 7 in Crawford Co MO. Sarah Elizabeth was Child 3.

Apparently someone checked the census for the family of Sarah Elizabeth Pyatt
and William Chilton. However, the family record is incomplete and the census
was not supplied for publication. But, these notes were published:

"In 1900, she [Sarah] listed 8 children, 7 living.
"In 1910 father James Glass Pyatt lived with them [Sarah and William Chilton]
but died soon after."

First, I'd try to locate the Chilton family in the 1900 census then check the
record of that county and neighboring counties.
