The 1850 census of Bartholomew Co IN, Columbus Twp. lists the following:
House 415, family 415, Benjamin Piatt 40, Farmer VA, Rachel 40, VA, Mary 18
OH, Clarissa 16 OH, Charles 11 IN, Sarah 6, IN. The next house 416 is
Jackson Piatt 35 VA, Sarah 35 OH, Maranda 12 IN, Francis M 10 IN, Martha 8,
IN, Madison 6 IN, Elizabeth 11 IN. In the 1850 Jackson Twp. Shelby Cty, IN
there is a Naoma Pyatt 12 IN living with Matthew Graham & Melinda both 20 and
with 1 year old James. The 1860 census of same CO and Twp house 1391 lists
Benj. Piatt 52 born VA, Ann 45 B NJ, Wm B which should be Wm C age not
legible., Nathan 19 b. IN, Wm also b IN, Mary E. 16 b. IN, Simeon A 11 b. IN,
