This is a reminder that this year's conference will be held at Davis and
Elkins College, Elkins WV, June 18-24, 2000. Rooms are $19.22 per person per
night with a one-time charge of $5.00 for anyone who wants the college linen
pack. Everyone is welcome. Do consider joining us as we always have fun and
sometimes turn up some new information!

****If you already informed me that you are coming to the conference, please
e-mail me again with your preference for the linen pack or not.

I have received word from Davis and Elkins College that we will be housed in
Gribble Hall. You can find Gribble Hall on the campus map at the college website:

Click on a couple of screens to get to the map. Gribble Hall is north of the
campus center and across the street from the college library. If you cannot
access this site and want a map, let me know and I will mail one to you.

For fun you might also go to

and click on city maps. Then you can call up a map of Elkins WV. Although
the college isn't marked on the Yahoo map, it is on College Street, east off
US 33. If you wish you can even type in your address and "College St, Elkins
WV" to get driving directions from point to point.

I owe responses to some of you who have e-mailed me privately. I shall try to
get those responses out to you by Saturday night. Here's the list of excuses:
we visited daughter Sarah in PA; she came home with us for a week's visit; we
returned her to her husband who met us in Somerset PA; I came home to troubles
with my ISP--really, AT&T wound up setting up a new phone number for access
but that took several days; and finally, the weather turned warm and I
absconded to the bike trail more than once. I'm sunburned but motivated to
get the e-mail caught up with your patience. Also, I apologize to the list
for sending this personal message via the list. It will not become a habit.
