My material on Nathan S. Piatt is not very complete. William Carter Piatt,
his brother, is my ancestor. Two of WC Piatts granddaughters are still
living. Their grandmother lived in their home till she died.
Nathan S. Piatt born May 1841, Columbus, Bartholomew, IN. Married Melissa A
Hill 5 Dec 1861 Columbus, Bartholomew, IN. This info came from WPA records
from the above county.Will have to check my files for sure. I copied a lot
of material from LDS.I thought Nathan died in Osborne, KS but Now we know it
was Omaha. I have no material on Melissa but I'm sure census would tell us

1867 George Albert Piatt b 7 Feb 1864, Columbus, B. IN m. 29 Sep 1885 Louise

B. 1866 IN, Minie Piatt 1868 IN, Benjamin Piatt b. 1870 IN. Second marriage
Catharine Jane Campbell 6 Mar 1873 Jasper Co. IN Catherine b. Sep 1846.
