A WILLIAM PEATT and MARY SMITH (d/o Martin Smith) were married 17 Nov 1814 in
Augusta Co VA by William King. The 1820 census for Augusta Co VA, page 14A,
shows William, aged 45+, and female, 16-26, with 2 males 0-10 and 1 female
1-10. Could the age difference between the adults indicate that this was a
second marriage for William?
