Good morning PIATT-kin!

This is a message from your friendly list-keeper, Christine! Just this
last week, we crossed into the land of having 100 members on the mailing
list! This is an exciting milestone to me--after all, the list only
started in May or June of 1999.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for joining us. We have some
great folks who are always willing to share their amazing knowledge, and
that is what makes this list work so well.

Meanwhile, we haven't had a general call to post our interest in a
while, so a Roll Call may be in order. After all, your questions won't
be answered unless you ask it!

Also, I hope anyone who is able will seriously consider joining the 2001
Piatt Researchers' Conference in Doylestown, PA at the end of June.
Last year was the first conference I attended, and it was an incredible
experience to meet some cousins in person! Please contact Laverne Piatt
at
for more information about the
conference--she is the kind soul volunteering her time to put it all
together.
