Dear Laverne Ingram Piatt -
I received the information re: Benjamin Piatt and Allen Piatt, plus much
more, from you via the Piatt Digest, #24. I can't thank you enough, as
this opens a whole new world for me!!

In your text you mentioned that you had nothing more on Nettie M. (Benjamin
Franklin Piatt's wife, and my maternal grandmother), since you did not
have her maiden name. Her name was Nettie M. Outhier and her parents were:
Amile Outhier, b: France, and Marion Morrison, b: Scotland. I would appreciate
any information you may have on Nettie! All I know is that she was born
somewhere in Iowa on April 6, 1879 and died in Fresno, CA on June 1, 1956.
Her only child was my mother, Helen Marguerite Piatt Harriman.

Also - do you have a place of birth (city/county) in Iowa for Benjamin
Franklin Piatt and Nettie M. Outhier???
