Although I am not sure, I think these census listings might have been gathered
by Jean Livingston Vail, now of Bentonville AR. She is a descendant of
Ebenezer Piatt, early in Illinois. Jean is listed as a contributing editor of
the issue of the Piatt Family Newsletter, Volume 10, 1995 which contained the
listings.
