Could someone please give me some additional information regarding the
conference? Is there a planned schedule? Do we spend time doing
collective research-- or do we just share what information we already have?

Would I need to make a deposit for lodging at the college? If so, to whom
would I pay?

Also, has a time and place been decided upon for next year's conference?

It's getting to be "fish or cut bait" time for me to make a decision about
whether to attend.
