Hello All, The following book is up for auction at Ebay. I got a 'hit' on it
when I put in 'genealogy and Piatt'. Do you think this might be something
one of us should consider bidding on? I've already been bidding on too many
others to consider it at this point. Or, do any of you have access (or have

abstracts from the newspaper of marriages, deaths, runaways, court cases,
land sales, indentured servants, military deserters, advertisements for
merchants, blacksmiths, gunsmiths, lost or strayed animals, delinquent tax
lists, letters held at the post office, (no mail delivery then), ferry boat
schedules, divorces and more!


We have abstracted the index showing only those names with 5 or more
references. New indexer so no Many’s or Whoa’s in this one and please excuse
anything mis-spelled!
