For David:

Yes, I THINK the Dearborn Co IN Benjamin is the same who was a Federal judge
in Cincinnati. Dearborn Co IN is just a ferry ride from Boone Co KY where
Benjamin's father Jacob had built Federal Hall, his own fine home.

I have not checked out the fact that this Benjamin spent time in Dearborn Co
IN as yet. This is just speculation.

But the Benjamin who was a Federal judge in Cincinnati is the same as the one
who had a wonderful 11 room log summer home in Logan Co OH. (Forget this
pioneer hardship business. These folks had money and servants.)
