MARIANNE --

(1) Shelby Co. IN adjoins Bartholomew Co. One may be the death place
of Benjamin F. Piatt/Pyatt and the other the burial location. Or, the
Bartholomew Co. reference might be to the burial of the other Benjamin,
who died during the Civil War and was buried in Bartholomew Co. I
presume my source was the Piatt Family Newsletter. Dee Mitchell also
reports a Shelby Co. deathplace in her PIATT Mailing List email of Fri,
7 Jan 2000 ([PIATT] Re: PIATT-D Digest V00 #1). She might know what
the original source Shelby Co. source was.

(2) For more on Benjamin Piatt who married Rachel McWilliams, see the
following previous emails from the PIATT Mailing List. There is also more
about their family in old issues of the Piatt Family Newsletter (PFN).
