Ellsworth Piatt (1894-1980):
He worked in Detroit for a while with my uncle Frank. Ellsworth, Marion, Gladys Frank and Lloyd were his siblings. My dad fell out of a tree and broke his hip in 1899, he was a cripple ever since. They would put bricks tied to his feet to try and stretch him at night. He had to wear an extension so he could walk properly.
