Hello list, This is off the subject of PIATT, but I need some knowledge and
I see many of you subscribe to Ancestry.com.

Here's my problem and I have called them and have done everything possible
but I must be missing something somewhere:

I can not seem to logon with my id's. I seem to have about 5 different ID's.
I have tried to change them, does not work, I have deleated cookies and
Favorites. I used the "forgot password e-mail help , did it and I got on
with that id, but the minute I ordered a video and went back to the home
page it had me listed by my e-mail as ID, When I go to the "edit progile" I
see I have my 3 subscribtions, (which Ipaid for), but it says "Under
different user name". Any suggestions?
I have called, e-mailed several times, no answer except how to change my
passwords,I have tried putting them all under the same id and passwords,
does not work, says that id and passwords are in use.
Knowledge base does not have that answer. The only thing I haven't tried is
to stop my subscribtions!!!
