Item #2154835360 on Ebay is a Deed from Logan Co, OH. It proves that Herman C Piatt was formerly of Lycoming Co, Pennsylvania and that he was married to Margaret E. It also bears the signatures of William Piatt Jr and William Piatt Sr. The full description is as follows (photos on Ebay):


This deed describes the sale of land on the Susquehanna River in Washington Township, Lycoming County, PA (just north of the Union County line) from Herman C. and Margaret E. Piatt, of Cedar County, Iowa (formerly of Pennsylvania) to the President and Directors of the White Deer Bridge Company. A separate plat, titled Toll House lot near Uniontown, shows the land, which is a very small lot apparently to be used for the Toll House for the White Deer Bridge.
The deed is signed by H.C. Piatt, Margaret E. Piatt, William. Piatt, Jr., and J.W. Cattell, clerk of the Cedar County, IA court. The plat is signed by William Piatt, Sr.

The deed is in good condition. It is completely intact and legible, with no tears or holes. It has sustained water damage in the past, which is apparent but does not detract significantly from the readability. The plat is in very good condition with no significant problems or damage.
