>From an obituary I had Charles C. was living in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan,
Canada in 1964. Ivory married an English girl and was living in London,
England in 1964.
Pearl was living in Regina, Saskatchewn, Canada in 1964. This was the obit
of Estell Piatt.

I located the group sheets of Wm Jake Augustus Piatt & Edward Leon Piatt sent
by Maxine Stowles Piatt, wife of Leon. I'm not sure if Maxine is still
living.

Edward Leon Piatt, farmer, auto body shop & Minister
B. July 21, 1918 Jasper Co., IN Chr. Baptist, Parr, IN. Married June 22,
1937 at Parr Baptist Parsonage Maxine Ellen Stowles. Leon's father was Wm
Jake Piatt & mother Laura Bell Price. Maxine was born March 16, 1918, Jasper
Co., IN dau. of Manly Everett Stowles & Mary Maude George.
Children: Everett Lee B. 9 Mar 1938 Rensselaer, Jasper IN. M (1) 20 May 1956
Doris Nelson, m (2) 67 Linda Lamb, m (3) 16 Sep 1978 Bonnie Hall.
Rev. Lawrence Leon (Larry) b. 30 May 1940, Ren. , Jasper, IN:
m. 11 Jun 1964 Reba N. Northcutt.
Martha Annette b. 22 Apr 1942, Ren. Jasper, IN: m 20 May 1961
Michael Pierson.
Rev. Wm Arthur b. 1 Dec 1946, Ren. Jasper, IN: m. 6 Oct 1966
Mary Ann Davision.

On the top of the page she lists grandfather as Simeon Piatt and gr.
Grandfather Benjamin F. Piatt
On the group sheet of Wm. J. A. Piatt she lists grandfather Benjamin F. Piatt

Some of this repeats, as well as above, material put on by Laverne Piatt but
there are some additional dates and children. Will try to include only
additions.

Wm Jake Augustus Piatt was born Aug 21, 1875 He died Jul 9, 1964, Jasper Co.
Hospital Rensselaer, IN bur. in Prater Cem. Barkley Twp.
He married Laura Bell Price dau. Wm Price & Isabelle V. Whited
First child Rosetta (Etta) who married Wm Myers (2) Alva Potts, no dates.
Second child, Beatrice b. 5 Nov 1902 Jasper Co. IN m. Elijah Cunningham 5 May
1918. She died 31 Dec 1988.
Third Child Alonzo, dates already given by Laverne.
Fourth child Blanche b. 16 Nov 1904, Jasper Co. IN m. Charley Florence 6 Oct
1922 , D. 23 Dec 1985 Rensselaer, IN
Fifth child Geneva b. 27 Oct 1908 Jasper Co. IN m. Art Thompson (2) Clayton
Hershman, no dates, D. 11 Dec 1983. Laverne has this daughter listed as Lena
G. with the same dates. I'm sure it is the same person, same dates but
Maxine probably knew her as Geneva.
Sixth child Luine Bell b. 20 Aug 1910, m. Francis Hunt, d. Apr 1982
Seventh & Eight, the twins as Laverne has them. Leon married Maxine Stowles
22 Jun 1937.
Maxine states Charley C. Piatt on 1900 census died in Manitobau, Canada

In the 1900 census of Addison Twp. Estell L. lives in dwelling 4, Simeon is
in dwelling 235. Estell's wife Laura was from Minnesota, Father was from
Minn. & mother from IN. Maxine states Estell L. died 5 Jul 1915 and is
buried in Forrest Hill Cem., Shelbyville, IN.
