Only a few more weeks? Is anyone excited? Even if you can't attend, the
information we will be sharing here will (hopefully) help you out!

Currently we are expecting 22 folks for the conference (although the only
day we will have everyone is Wednesday!) and I absolutely HAVE to get my
numbers in within the next 10 days. If you want to attend but can't get
your money in until the day of the conference, that's workable. We now have
enough folks to cover our minimums so adding a couple won't be a huge
problem unless you try to sign up after the 26th of May. The Richmond
folks have been SO wonderful and tell me they are really looking forward to
our visit.

A few highlights--
Short classes by 4 researchers covering Research in Richmond, A General
Piatt Overview, DNA for Genealogy, and Brick Walls
Open research at the Virginia Historical Society and Museum
A guided tour and pointers by staff at the Virginia Archives/Library of
Virginia
Nightly group meetings for open discussion and questions and theories
and of course...the dinner cruise on the James River.

This year we have 5 folks who have not attended one of the 18 other
conferences before, so Im excited about our family growing!
