Seeing the name, "Rachel BEAR", reminded me of an article, either in the PFN
or the Piatt Photogravure, which contained much bio on Charles Bear Piatt. I
think it was submitted by his granddaughter or gr-granddaughter. Could
Rachel be an ancestor of Charles, hence the unusual middle name?
