I think I am putting this together, it would be interesting to know those
other names in Joe Piott's notes. Possibly it would throw more light on the
family.
Fleming S. Piott had a brother John who married Ibba or Abba Brooks who had
two daughters Hester and Lydia, probably the ones nearby in the census for
Fleming Piott.
John and Fleming were the sons of John (born ca 1782) and Hanah Piott from
VA.
With John naming a daughter Hester, it could possibly connect this family to
the John and Deborah Pyott of Loudoun, VA.
Also connected here was a Hester Piott married to a Nathan Dyke. Possibly
here is where the name Nathan or Nathaniel came about.
I will keep researching this as I have some other names that I believe belong
to these families.
