Who was her husband?

Old Times in Old Monmoth (not sure about the author, written in the late
1800's) has the petition to Congress of one Martha Piatt, daughter of
Captain Joshua Huddy. At the time of the petition, Dec. 21, 1836, she is 70
years old and living in Cincinnati. Her father was an officer in the NJ
Militia during the Revolution. He was hanged by the British in 1780.
