Perhaps this would be a good time to post a reminder about the Piatt Researchers Conference and invite newcomers to join us for a week of work and fun.

20th Piatt Researchers' Conference
June 20-26, 2004
Delaware Valley College
Doylestown, PA

Double rooms: $20.00 per person per night
Single rooms: $30.00 per night

Breakfast: $3.40 per person per day

I'm told we will be able to have a small private room for breakfast this year.

No deposit is necessary at this time. Should I need to collect a deposit I will notify attendees directly.

Emphasis will be on locating Piatt records in NJ for the years from about 1700 to 1780.

Research facilities:
New Jersey State Archives, Trenton NJ
Alexander Library, Rutgers University, New Brunswick NJ
David Library, Washington Crossing PA
Historical Society of PA, Philadelphia PA
Genealogical Society of PA, Philadelphia PA
Presbyterian Historical Society, Philadephia PA

Courthouses, historical societies and local libraries in Warren, Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex, Mercer, Essex, Morris, Sussex Counties, New Jersey and Bucks and surrounding counties in PA.

SEPTA runs a train from Doylestown to Philadelphia making those research facilities available without having to drive to them.

The regular crew has signed on and we would welcome any newcomers to join us. If anyone has questions e-mail me at:
