Subject: Need help on Lindsay/Lenesay and Piatt connection

Interesting longshot in the making...

Nicholas County Va, 1860 Census. John S and William Pyatt (brothers) are
living in the household of James Koonze as follows:

James Koonze 64
Rebecca 60
Sarah 27
John 25
Eliza 21
Midloten 20
William Pyatt 31
John Pyatt 19
William Lenesy 65
all born VA

SO I started speculating over what relationship there was (if any) and
checked the database for Piatt/Koontz connections and didnt find any. So
then was thinking perhaps Rebecca was Mary Smith's sister. Then I ran the
name Lenesy through the database and came up with a William Lindsey who was
married to Deborah Piatt. Deborah was born 20 Sept 1783 in OH, daughter of
Ebenezer Piatt and Rebecca Milbourn. Ebenezer was also married to an
Abigail Lindsey.

WHAT IF, William Lenesy is Mrs Koonze's brother and William is the Widower
of Deborah Piatt. And what if they are in Nicholas County VA because
Deborah had a half brother named William who was married to Mary Smith? I
don't have any marriage date for Ebenezer Piatt and Abigail Lindsey, nor do
I have any children information. What if William was from Ebenezer's first
marriage?

One of Ebenezer's grandchildren married a Snyder. Henry, b 1821 married
Elizabeth Schneider)

So if anyone has Lindseys connected to Piatts I would appreciate it if you
would pass them along.

And while we are at it, Ebenezer was born in 1755 in Philadelphia PA. Died
1835 Jackson Co, IL. Who were his parents?

I think its time for bed. The Piatts are starting to make my head spin.
