Can anyone prove or disprove for me the relationship between the following?

James Piatt (Married Mary Donoho, 1803, Rockbridge Co VA)
Cornelius Piatt (Married Ann Watkins, 1806, Rockbridge Co, VA)
Benjamin Piatt (married Sarah Donoho, 1809, Rockbridge Co, VA)

Given the proximity of thier marriage dates and having married in the same
county, Im out to "prove" they were brothers, and that Sarah and Mary Donoho
were sisters. If someone has already done that it will save me some time
*grin*

Also these bring a question...Isabella Piatt married John McWilliams in Frederick Co VA in 1826. Is she a sister to Catherine (Mrs Elijah Turner) who married in that county in 1830? If so then Isabella would be the daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Donoho Piatt, correct?
