I don't know how this fits in to anyone's Pyatt family, but I noted this
baptism while researching as a volunteer at the Archives of the Diocese of
Pittsburgh. I don't know if there are more baptisms for this family. If it
connects to anyone on the list, contact me directly.

In 1809, the only Catholic church in Pittsburgh was St. Patrick, located
near 11th, Liberty, and Grant Streets at the old railroad station. It later
moved further out Liberty Avenue and is now located near the "Strip
District."
