The two Peatt families are on the same page of the census but there are three families--two Martin households and one VanBibbee household--in between.

So it appears that Catherine Pyatt Jeffries/Jeffers' daughter Julia married a Peatt but that does not reveal Catherine's parents.

In 1860 The JEFFERS were living in Nicholas C H, Nicholas Co VA:
