I have been going through my Piatt notes today trying to re-organize so I
can get started again. I was reading an e-mail from Laverne I. Piatt
Then I noticed this:
In the records of the marriage bonds between Hannah Piatt and Isaac
Armfield.
It says that she was of lawfull age proven by Peter Case. In the 1850
census, Hamilton Co. IN. shows his family and his wife is Ann, ( who is
thought to be Hannah's sister?)
BUT then I noticed she was born in Virginia and that is where Hannah's
parents were born soooo....? could Ann be a sister to Jane Smith, Hannah's
mother, instead of Hannah?
So now to check this thought out.
If I come up with anything I will post it to the list.
Also Laverne , I think you are directly related to me, through Hannah's son
Orville. Is this so? If I recall it correctly, I thought it all out one day.

Also I think I have the Taylor connection on my side? Isaac Armfield first
wife Margaret Reiley, had a daughter named Mary Jane and she married Joshua
Roger Taylor.
Mary Jane and Joshua had a daughter named Lallie Mae Taylor and she married
Orvis Wilson Preston. And so on.

My tree comes from Isaac's 2nd wife Elizabeth Hannah Piatt.
Well that's enough for one day .Does anyone have an comments?

Anita ps: I stand corrected if this is not correct and I don't mind being
told as long as I get the other story :)
