It appears that your Tabitha Piatt Berry was the daughter of Stephen Piatt and his wife Mary McConnell. The Piatt Family Newsletter, Volume 4, 1989, published this 1850 census with approximate birth years added:
1850 Marion Co OH, p 44
Prospect Twp, 328/331
STEPHEN PIATT, 60, VA (1790)
Mary, 64, NJ (1786)
Dabitha? [sic], 22, OH (1828)
Hannah, 21, OH (1829)
Mary A, 17, OH (1833)
Susan DORN, 39, OH (1811) [married daughter?]
Neighbors to this family were the families of Tunis and Patten. Tunis is a New Jersey name. Also in the same census in the household of Josiah Tunis was SARAH PIATTE, 34, OH (1816). We wonder if Sarah was also a daughter of Stephen and Mary.
Stephen's family was a large one as the 1840 census for Marion Co OH, Green Camp Twp, indicates a household of 10 individuals:

Neighbors are Tunis families, but next door to Stephen was:

In 1820 Stephen Piatt was in Muskingum Co OH, Hopewell Twp. That census, when compared to the 1840, suggests that there were four more daughters older than the oldest son at home in 1840.
Early Marriage Records of Muskingum Co OH...by Irma B Gobel, Roseville OH, 1946 shows:
29 June 1813, STEPHEN PEATT [sic] and Mary McConnell, by Joseph Tharp, Book 1. Other Piatt marriages in this book may be those of Stephen's sister, brother, and children.
We don't know any more of Stephen's origins other than he was born in VA about 1790. At that time VA included all of WV. We suspect, however, that he is a distant cousin of the Piatts of the castles of West Liberty, and also a distant cousin of the Piatts of Montgomery and Darke Cos OH. We would welcome a male Piatt of this line to participate in our Piatt Surname DNA study.
There were a couple of other Piatts in Muskingum Co OH before 1820--John who married and separated from Maria Carroll. This John was also in Marion Co OH, Green Camp Twp in 1840. And also there was an Amos Piatt who married Susannah Hawkins somewhere in VA. However, Amos died about 1815, leaving a young family, and missing the first Ohio census in 1820. I suspect that John and Amos were close relatives of Stephen, if not brothers.
In my research in Marion co OH I discovered an "insane" file for Stephen Piatt. The term "insane" may have referred to what we call Alzheimer's, but the file was sealed and I could learn no more about it.
From a list of marriages in the Marion Library is this:
23 May 1852, GABITHA PYATT and Peter S Berry, by James Gunes, JP.
So, Tabitha, Dabitha, Gabitha---no wonder she moved away.
So, is there Indian blood in this line? Well, if Stephen is a distant cousin to the other Piatt lines, the answer is no, at least concerning the male line. Those males we have tested all have a DNA haplogroup of R1b which is Northern European origin. If Mary McConnel was born in New Jersey, the she would not be a Shawnee or Cherokee. But I can't speak to what other females in later generations may have brought to the family.
