For Robin,

On the original census image for Kennebec Co ME, New Vinyard District (available on Heritage Quest for a fee) the names look like:

George Piatt
Ebenezer Piott
David Piatt
Noah Piatt
Paul Piott
Benjamin A Piatt

However, they are indexed as Pratts and a study of the census taker's handwriting reveals he made skimpy "r"s. In his writing of Bryant and Morton, the r looks like i. The only time he made a real r was at the end of word. So without evidence to the contrary from primary records in Kennebec Co, I would consider these men Pratts.
