We've all seen the estate listing for Rene but I'm posting it again with an eye toward conference in June. This is what is published in the NJ Calendar of Wills but I'm wondering if three might be more information in the original documents in Middlesex, if they still exist.

I found no further reference to bondsman Merlet in other parts of the electronic files, but I noticed a Tindall in this listing not far ahead of the one for Peatt:

<<1703-4 March 22. Pearson, Robert, of Nottingham, Burlington
Co., yeoman; will of. Wife Katherine and son Robert, heirs, and with
William Emley of the same place executors of real and personal estate.
Witnesses--Thomas Tindall, John Abbott, Anne Watson. Proved April
24, 1704. Lib. 1, p. 44>>
