Am working my way through the WW1 Draft registration cards for Piatts and
ran across this character. He was born 17 Feb 1893 in Alicia, Arkansas and
registered in 1917 while and inmate in the Arkansas State Pen. Says he has
a wife and a sister who is under 12 years old. Anybody know who his family
is?
