I posted I found him in the 1900 census, what I meant to say is that I found him in the 1910 census in Kentucky. The 1910 census has him listed as being 44 and the 1920 census has him listed as 51. So the Frank in the 1880 census would be the right age.
As far as the Rozella goes, my Ggrandfather used to tell us that she was married to one of George's older brothers first. He went to Cincinnati to sell cattle and never returned. George then moved in to help her with the farm, and eventually married her and had at least four more children. How true this story is, I couldn't tell you, but my mother can remember most of them.
When papaw would take us to the cemetaries, we would go to Manchester and an old cemetary behind a church up on hill(I know that really narrows it down, doesn't it) east of Manchester. It is the one where Hester (Black)Piatt is buried.
