I would think that Fr:s is probably the abbreviation for Francis. A colon
used to be the symbol for abbrevation, rather like we use the period today.
The three abstracts you presented were only for the sale of the property by
William Waddell. The answer to your questions might be found in either of
the following.
1. The deeds of purchase by William Waddell (and Pyatt and Dorrough),
whether recorded in Westmoreland County or at the state level.
2. The actual deeds abstracted below might contain a "history of the
ownership of the property". Or did you view the complete deeds and not just
the abstracts?
