Hello--I am a new subscriber to the REED list.

I am looking for my gg gradfather, Robert Walter REED. He married Geretta (Jeretta) Ellen WHITLOCK, daughter of David Oliver WHITLOCK & Mary Ann Frances RHUDY. I think he was born in Oct of 1875, although that hasn't been proven. He died on 13 Aug 1953 in Waldron, Scott Co., AR.

Robert & Geretta had at least 9 children: Georgia May (my g grandmother), William Joseph, James A, Julia Myrtle, Robert Clarence, Beulah Frances, Thomas David (died in infancy), Henry Taft, and Laura Ellen.

Robert possibly fought in the Spanish American War.

Any help would be very appreciated.
