Hello List!

I know this is a long shot, as REED is a rather common surname, but I'm stumped at my only REED, and she's my great-grandmother!

I hope someone might recognize this information and help me track my REED line a little further back.

She was Henrietta REED born about 1861 in Rohrsburg, Columbia County, PA, died 1921. She married Hiram Shaffer, born about 1859, also in Rohrsburg, died 18 Jan, 1926.

From my living Aunts, I have gotten a slight hint that Henrietta's mother's maiden name was probably STACKHOUSE, but that's all I know.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
