Pat, I'm interested in this post especially since my Rheas/Rays came
from Knoxville and Knox County. Do you have any more on this line. My
oldest know Rhea is John Rheas married to a Harriet or Sussie or Halitt
Redwine. There is Native American and/or Melungeon Blood line. This is
determined by family folk lore and very distinguishing features, and oh
yes, the Melungeon knot.
