Does anyone have any information on the descendants of Benajah Corp, who was
born in Rhode Island and married Margaret Joslin or Goslin before 1759,
moved to Rennselear, NY and then to Norway in Herkimer County, New York.
Some of his descendants married into the William Fanning family in St.
Lawrence County, NY. William Fanning was in Herkimer in the 1810 census records. I suspect that both of these families originated in
Rhode Island, but have not been able to make the connections.
