I did not find him, there were a few Elijah ROBINSON's inc:

Robinson, Elijah, County/State: Grant Co., KY, Page #: 312, Year: 1850

The 1830 Davidson Co., TN, p. 13 (P.267). had Elijah ROBERTSON.

I will let you know if I come across him.
