Anyone connected to the Robinsons descended from William Robinson of
Dorchester, MA, b. abt 1626, m. 14 Oct 1637 to Margaret Beech, Parish of St.
Dunstans, Canterbury.
Came to Dorchester between the years 1633 and 1638, returned to England in
1644, and came back again in 1645 with others. Made a "Freeman" 18 May 1642,
member of the "Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Boston" in 1643.
He was killed in his mill on 5 June 1668, church record says
"6-5-1668--Robinson, a brother of ye church at Dorchester was drawn through by
ye cogwheel of his mill and was torn in pieces and slain." (Rev. John Eliot
Diary in Roxbury church records.)

Increase Robinson bapt 14 Jan, 1642 in Dorchester, MA, m. 19 Feb 1663 to Sarah
Penniman, he died 1699.
Ebeneezer Robinson, b. 1680 d. 9 Oct 1753, m. (1) Mary Williams on 13
Feb 1706, (2) Judith (King) Williams
by Mary Williams he had 6 children, one of whom was Josiah
Robinson, b. 1718, d. 14 May 1781, m. (1) Mary Leonard, (2) Theodora Godfrey
