The most recent SS-5 returns are not as satisfactory as they used to
be. The two I had previously requested were a photocopy (off the
microfilm) of the original application. The most recent was a printout
with an explanation that it had been entered into a computer. The
topper was that it wasn't even for the right person! Someone must have
got the one I ordered and I got theirs! So I sent it back requesting a
photocopy of the original app. Doubt that I get it, though.
