I am searching for information on my Great Great Grandfather.

Allen B. Steward b. 18 May 1830 place unknown, d. 13 Feb. 1894, place
unknown but possibly Illinois, or Wisconsin.

Married Susan Gates on 4 July 1854, place unknown.

Had the following children:
1. Henry Erving Steward, b. 15 Apr 1853, Hebron, McHenry Co. IL, d. 3 Mar
1927 Cherokee, Cherokee Co. Iowa.

Married Euretta Benedict 25 Dec 1878 probably in Chicago area.

2. Rachel Isabell Steward b. 5 Apr 1858 in Genoa(?) Walworth Co. Wisconsin
(cannot confirm the birth place) d. ?

Married Oscar Hart 25 Nov 1875

Susan Gates then died and Allen remarried. Wife is unknown at this time.
They had the following children:

1. Norman Steward, b.25 Aug 1868, d.?
2. Mary Steward, b. 15 Jan 1871, d.?
3. Charles E. Steward, b. 15 Jul 1874, d. 18 Apr 1892
4. Freddie Steward, b. 4 Sep 1876, d.?
5. Helen M. Steward, b. 13 Sep 1879

Allen's father's name could have been Sam. I have no idea where Allen was born.

I would be very greatful if anyone has any information about this family
that they would share with me.
