I have just found out that my Gt Aunt's maiden name was BOYLAN.

I don't know the area that she was born in England. Her full name was
VICTORIA MARY BOYLAN.
***** How do you know her full name?.Are you sure of the Spelling.
From a Marriage Registration to your Uncle ?Was the name Beresford
mentioned on the Registration. Was she listed as a widow, spinster or ?

*** I am assuming that Victoria Mary BOYLAN [possibly Beresford] FISHER is
no longer living.
Do you know When and Where she passed away?
Have you obtained a Death Registration [ long form includes all of the
personal information known to the informant.
Date and place of birth, names of parents ,their place place of birth, etc.
The named Informant - may have helpful information .

FISHER here in Canada in 1915, before he shipped out to the war.

Searching the National Archive of Canada site: Soldiers of WW1. Lists:
Percy Raines FISHER -born: Horsham Sussex, May 23 1888. Single at the time
of enlistment: June 18, 1915.
Next of Kin: Charles Fisher - Father -Crystal Springs Sask.

- will give the Place of birth for both parties. Will show the names of
both sets of parents [ hopefully including the maiden names of the mothers

My Gt uncle [Percy Raines FISHER ?] was born in 1888, so I believe that her
birth date would have been around that time also.

They had one son, Keith Fisher who was killed in World War 2.
Have you obtained Military Records ? Some of the information may include
reference to the parents.
Have you obtained the Birth Registration for Keith Fisher ? His Birth
Registration - will have information about the parents. names, ages - place
of birth, which will enable to you research further.
